Animal Jam Map

Treasure hunts are fun quests in Play Wild where you get 5 chances to win prizes! When you log in to Play Wild, you’ll see a treasure map at the top of your screen. Click on it to go on a Treasure Hunt!

The first thing you’ll see is the Treasure Hunt map. Some treasure hunts are only available for certain animals so you’ll have to buy them if you want to go on that hunt. You can go on any of the glowing treasure hunts on the map in Play Wild!

The Map is a members-only den item. It was first released during the Beta Testing period and can be purchased at Jam Mart Furniture. The Map appears to be printed on parchment and has the two shorter sides partially rolled up. It depicts brownish-green landmasses next to blue oceans and a river.

When you first tap on a treasure hunt on the map, you’ll see the hidden prizes that you can win! It will also show you what animal is needed to go on this treasure hunt. Hopefully this cheats guide will help you win more prizes in Play Wild. There are usually some cool prizes like this rare unicorn horn!

Now let’s go on our first Treasure Hunt! All you need to do is tap the boxes that you think the treasure is behind. You only get 5 chances to pick a winner so choose carefully!

If you tap on a winning box, you’ll get a prize gift like some gems!

Or if you get really lucky you might win one of the rare items as a prize!

Even if you don’t tap on a winning box, you’ll still get 5-15 gems for every box you tap, so it’s fun to play no matter what! Here’s what the winning hidden prize boxes look like in Play Wild. The blue one is what the rare item prizes look like.

Some players have been able to cheat by looking at finished Treasure Hunts like the one above. Try picking the boxes with the winners and you might just find a winner! We’ll be posting more cheats for Play Wild Treasure Hunts so be sure to check back soon.

Appondale: This savannah area has plenty of wild animals to see and attractions to play with too. Go for a swim in the mud pit or browse around the Conservation Museum.

Balloosh: Balloosh is the newest area in Animal Jam. It has a marshy, swamp-like habitat. There are lots of attractions to see and secrets to be discovered in this new area!

Coral Canyons: Coral Canyons is a red rock area with lots of desert wildlife and plants to observe. Climb up on the bridge at your own risk, it looks a bit unsafe!

Crystal Sands: This area is the ideal beach getaway. Located near all of the ocean areas, explore both land and sea in one place. Be sure to check out the aquarium!

Jamaa Township: Jamaa Township is the hub of Jamaa. This is where most Jammers begin playing. This area is usually crowded but is a great place to meet new friends.

Kimbara Outback: The Kimbara Outback is modeled after the real Australian outback. It’s been crowded lately because it’s a new area.

Lost Temple of Zios: This jungle area is full of secrets and ancient history of Jamaa. Experiment with chemistry in Brady Bar’s Lab or check out the Chamber of Knowledge.

Mt. Shiveer: Mt. Shiveer is the only arctic themed area in Jamaa. Here you’ll find the highest peak in the Animal Jam world. Be careful on the ice rink, that ice looks kinda thin!

Sarepia Forest: This area is a fortress located high in the pine trees. Usually a nice quiet place to get away from some of the busier areas. Take a trip to the theater for some movies and popcorn.
